Founded in March 2005 by Mrs. Mirzah Betia-Torres and three experienced English consultants, Connective Training and Language Center has established itself as a premier institution for English language learning. With a strong foundation in teaching methodologies honed at the Philippine Refugee Processing Center in Morong, Bataan, the founders were trained by experts from the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Their shared passion for quality education led to the creation of Connective, an institution dedicated to improving English as a Second Language (ESL) education in the Philippines and beyond. Through a communicative language teaching approach, Connective ensures that students gain fluency in English efficiently, equipping them with essential skills for academic, professional, and social success.
Connective offers a wide range of learning programs tailored to various needs, including the English Proficiency Program for non-English speakers, the English Communication Skills Program for professionals, and specialized IELTS and TOEFL review courses. Additionally, the center provides TESOL certification for aspiring English teachers, offering both face-to-face and online training. With TESDA registration since 2008, Connective has successfully trained over a thousand students, many of whom now teach English worldwide.
